FiresFST is an immersive Call-for-Fire and Close Air Support compatible with the VBS3 virtual training system, and adds highly sophisticated close air support simulation system, highly realistic FO and JTAC workflow, as well as advanced surface fires capabilities covering Artillery, Mortars. MLRS, and naval gunfire.

FiresFST supports multiple training configurations including both Instructor Led and Stand-Alone training (for both surface and aerial fires). A key advantage of this approach is that it allows trainees to rehearse various scenarios and learning outcomes independently on a single PC or laptop for multiple iterations prior to validating these learning outcomes with an assigned instructor, resulting in a greater efficiency of both time and resources

FiresFST is compatible with both NATO and Commonwealth doctrines for surface and aerial fires targeting procedures, both in stand-alone and instructor led modes.
